Our People

Meet the KPW Lawyers Team

KPW Lawyers is proud to have a team of dedicated legal professionals and support staff who bring experience, compassion and a practical approach to every matter.

Our people are committed to delivering honest advice, clear communication and results that help clients move forward with confidence.

Kathryn Hall

Kathryn first commenced practising in the NSW Riverina region in 2015. In 2018, KPW Lawyers’ head office was opened in Albury with Kathryn at the helm as Director. When commenting on her drive and passion for establishing regional headquarters, Kathryn notes “Originally coming from Sydney, with over 20 years’ of experience in small business, I recognised that there was a need to connect country people with quality lawyers and mediators and to make legal services accessible.”

By living and working within the region, Kathryn quickly became attuned to the challenges that residents of border towns face within competing jurisdictions and has met that challenge by ensuring that KPW Lawyers is a cross-jurisdictional practice which operates with ease in the three states of NSW, Victoria and ACT. Kathryn and her team are uniquely equipped to represent clients who have legal disputes and challenges across multiple states and has worked hard to ensure that her clients are free from the need to have multiple lawyers in multiple locations. “We regularly send our lawyers to appear in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra and all the regional towns in between, so that we can be with our clients every step of the way for whatever legal challenge they’re facing.”

Kathryn prides herself and her team as being a “one stop shop” for legal services with a dedicated team who can assist with all Commercial, Criminal and Family law matters.

Under Kathryn’s direction, KPW Lawyers is dedicated to ensuring that people, no matter where they live, have access to responsive, diligent lawyers who work tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for their clients.
